Old Westham Civic Association May Update
2nd Annual Spring Parade. The OWCA supported 2nd Annual Spring Parade on March 21st was a great success! Over 150 neighborhood kids assembled in their front yards to get a glance at the Easter Bunny in his Easter blue Thunderbird convertible and to collect a treat filled Easter egg.
